HOW TO CONTROL YOUR ASTHMA ALLERGY SYMPTOMS

Worth noting is that some food preservatives and additives can trigger some peoples asthma symptoms also, and this includes sulphites that are added to many of the processed foods available today, and in meat products.

Amazing! People who regularly eat dairy products have less chance to develop asthma. Well, aside from eating dairy products, never forget that veggies and fruits can boost your immune sytem too. So it means you should really practice eating a balanced diet by eating healthy foods.
